Text/Voice Chat Help Room: You will see a link to the Live / Text Chat room in the top right hand corner of this page. That is where you can step into our Web Conference Support room and chat to our friendly staff.
 
Text Chat Support:  Under that is a link where we have more extensive Live Support Coverage via text chat. If the Live Text Chat room is manned you'll see the button say "Any Question, We have the Answers". If the desk is unmanned it will ask you to leave a message which will be forwarded to us by email.
On the Weekend of the Virtual Podcasting Expo we will have more extensive coverage.
